What This Program Is

A weekly movement and wellbeing program for adults 60 and over. Grounded in age-appropriate strength, gentle movement, and the kind of community that actually knows your names, delivered in your language, rooted in your values.

Each week, you move. You reflect. You connect. You leave feeling more capable than when you arrived because your body remembered what it already knows how to do.

This is not rehabilitation. This is body-mind ownership.

You Show Up

Weekly sessions, both in person and virtual from home. No special equipment. No prior fitness experience needed.

We Move Together

Gentle, focused and structured movement adapted to YOUR body. Strength holds, balance work, and guided practice, always at your pace, never beyond your comfort.

You Track Your Progress

Assessments at the start, middle, and end of each cycle. To show you, in numbers, how much you have improved.
